NEMA SSL7A-2015, Phase-Cut Dimming for Solid State Lighting, provides compatibility requirements when a phase-cut dimmer is combined with one or more dimmable light-emitting diode light engines. This standard works in conjunction with the NEMA Dimming Compatibility Program to help consumers easily find LED lamps and dimmers that are compatible.
