If your office has 25 fc at 30 inches during the equinox for 75% of your occupied spaces you can get a point in the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Certification program. I wasn’t able to get the credit in my LEED Platinum downtown Cincinnati row house office. The light threshold only penetrated 14′. So get out your camera light meters for Sept. 21.
