Encelium’s Energy Reporting Module (ERM) is the dream of every energy conservation-minded building owner or manager. ERM provides comprehensive and in-depth information on savings from the use of Encelium’s Energy Control System (ECS), the company’s energy management and lighting control system.
Encelium’s innovations in energy management and lighting control have made it a leader in the design and installation of intelligent building systems for new and existing commercial buildings. ECS is designed to reduce lighting-related energy costs by 50 to 75 percent, and its use contributes significantly to a building achieving the coveted U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
The ERM is a powerful software application that reports on energy performance, energy cost savings, occupancy data and building lighting use. The program has great flexibility, permitting the user to generate reports in a range of formats and to express savings in dollars, kilowatts or as a percentage over baseline energy consumption.
Highlights of the Encelium ERM software include:
· Enabling customers to review and compare savings against a configurable energy baseline based on building specific information and its current level of lighting energy use.
· Reporting can be done on everything from an entire building, on multiple zones, on single zones or at an individual fixture level.
· Breaking out savings by the energy management strategy utilized, from load shedding and personal control to daylight harvesting and occupancy sensing.
· Generating reports in formats of the customer’s choice, including bar charts, pie charts or line graphs.
“The ERM gives building managers a powerful software tool to control operating costs by providing information on where energy is being used and how much,” said Tony Marano, President and CEO of Encelium. “It is another example of our dedication to raising the level of our energy management and lighting control system tools and support.”
